| Is the traffic that FullTraffic serve "compatible" with Google Analytics? |
Not all visitors are tracked by Google Analytics, that depends on many factors that are required by Google that may not always be satisfied by the visitor. As an example, Google Analytics usually requires 30 seconds of browsing time and at least one click in order to count the visitor. Our counter will count a visit every time a visitors is sent to your site. We strongly suggest that you use "server-side" counters, which work with your site's Raw Access Logs which count your real visits. |

| In what currency are your prices listed? |
All prices are listed in US dollars. If your credit card statement is based on a different currency, the charges to your account will be converted to and displayed in your home currency on your credit card statement. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. |

| How long does it take until my campaign is activated? Why the wait? |
All purchases may take up to 3 business days to be activated. Purchases made by credit card will always attach to this rule, however, purchases made with PayPal may be activated faster than that.
The reason for the wait is that our credit card processor investigates and validates all payments in order to prevent Fraudulent payments. We need to wait for their confirmation before we can activate your campaign. |
| Why does my visitor count differ from FullTraffic's? |
There are many different visitor counters and they all have different requirements as to how they count for a visit. FullTraffic's counter increase by an increment of 1 every time your website is shown to the visitor. Other third party counters may require 30 seconds of browsing in your site, one or more clicks, etc. There may also be a time lag between the visits and the count of that visit. For instance, your counter may update once every 3 hours, 8 hours or 12 hours, while the visitors are still being sent. Furthermore, if your hosting is not prepared to receive a large amount of visitors in a short period of time, it may cause your hosting to overload and crash. While your site is down we continue sending visitors which will not be counted by your counter. For further information, please send as an email. |
| Where does the traffic come from? |
We operate with an ad network of more than 5 million publishers (i.e. websites). Your site is shown as a pop-in (which is an embedded window to the publisher's website) while the visitor is browsing the publisher's website. The visitor must decide whether to continue browsing in your site or close the window and continue browsing the publisher's website. Every time your site is popped-in the publisher's website you have received a real visitor to your site. We consider this to be the most effective method of advertising and provide the best return on your investment. |
| How does FullTraffic deliver TARGETED traffic both by category and country? |
FullTraffic uses an ad network of more than 5 million publishers (websites) to target your traffic. We categorize our publishers' websites according to different criteria (ex: finance, entertainment, travel, etc) and we use those categories to target your site. In order to target your visits by country, we use an IP to Location database where we track the IP of the visitors and we match it to the appropriate country. IMPORTANT: All targeted campaigns are IP Unique, which means that you will not receive the same visitor twice. In order to achieve this, we record and save the IP address of each visitor so it does not repeat. |

| How long does it take for my campaign to be completely delivered? |
The delivery time depends on the type of campaign (global or targeted) as well as the total demand for traffic during the day. On average, global campaigns deliver 2,000 to 4,000 visits per day and targeted campaigns deliver 5,000 to 7,000 a day. However, the amount delivered per day may increase when there is less total traffic being delivered and decrease when there is more. |
| What is FullTraffic's refund policy? |
We have a policy of returning your money every time we do not comply with what we promised. If you were to find any discrepancies with our terms of service or are unsatisfied with your campaign you may open a ticket explaining the situation and we will investigate the issue. In the case of an agreement with you statement a refund of your money will be issued on a pro rata basis. If there is no legitimate reason for a cancellation of the campaign and early termination fee of $15 will apply and the remainder amount will be refunded on a pro rata basis. |
| Can I pause my campaign from my account? |
No, in order to pause a campaign you need to open a ticket requesting so and we will asses the situation accordingly. When the situation avails so, we will pause your campaign until further notice from you is received. At that point we will resume your campaign and traffic will restart delivering normally. |
| Can I change my destination URL from my account? |
Yes. In order to do so you will have to go to your Stats page and there you will find a link that will allow you to change the URL. |
