How FullTraffic Works

We work with our own ad network containing over 5 million Websites Worldwide that publish our ads. We use what we call Full Page Ads to show your site, these are embedded windows to the publisher Website. Visitors can navigate through your site for as long as they want and then return to the publisher's Website with the click of a button ("Skip This Ad").

Creating your Campaign
The FullTraffic Network allows advertisers to focus their ads to the entire network or special segments of it. Choosing Global Traffic Packages you will receive Worldwide visitors, from all the publishers' Websites in the network. If you need specialized targeting, you can choose our Targeted Campaigns and focus your advertising to specific Countries and/or Categories.

Targeting Capabilities
  • By Country: We use IP databases to detect each visitor's location and redirect him/her to the appropiate Ad.
  • By Category: Once a publisher signs up, our team selects the best category for that new Website. Then when you select a Category, your ad will be shown within the Websites in that Category.
 
  • By Keyword (Coming Soon): Works like a search engine, matching the terms you use to describe your site or product to sites in the FullTraffic network.
Building your Ad
All you need for a Full Page Ad is the URL of your homepage, but in most cases you'll do even better by pointing users to an uncluttered, compelling page created with your core campaign goals in mind.

Think about the Full Page Ad from the web-surfer's perspective. When a Full Page Ad is displayed, the user shouldn't need to spend time figuring out what you're trying to sell. If the message isn't compelling, he'll skip the ad and return to the initial Websites.

 

Prominent Logo: Get your brand out there. Make sure there's a prominent logo on your site. Even if the user clicks to skip the ad, your brand would still have been noticed.

Attractive Image: Remove the clutter. If it's not a part of your main message or it's not helping the user with the task at hand, you probably don't need it. One obvious step is to remove other ads from your Full Page Ad destination URL. We've seen several Full Page Ads with a leaderboard ad on top of the Full Page Ad. Don't do anything to distract the user's attention from your message.

One Action: Decide what you want the user to do and then help him accomplish that task. Out of context, the typical homepage has too many links and too many messages–this is likely to confuse a casual user.

Changing Campaign's Destination
In order to change your URL, go to your Live Stats, there, you can find all your campaigns, click on the campaign name that you wish to change.



There, you can find a link near the URL that says "(Change URL)". If our administrators found forbidden content in your Website, there would also be another link to change the URL near the forbidden content details.



Troubleshooting
We offer a huge range of options to contact us in order to find answers to any question you may have (Contact Page, FAQ, Live Chat, etc.).

Here's a short FAQ on a few of the subjects that are most crucial for new advertisers:

  • Question: Why the status of my campaign says "Paid - In Revision"?
    Answer: All campaigns are reviewed manually by our administrators to ensure that no forbidden content (Terms of Service) is present. While this process takes place, the status of your campaign will remain as "Paid - In Revision". It may take up to 3 business days to get a campaign Approved. Same thing happens when you change the destination URL of the campaign, it will be set to "URL Pending", and the verification process must be made once again.

  • Question: How can I know the status of my campaigns?
    Answer: All campaigns you order will show up in your Live Stats page. There, you can see which campaigns are Running, Pending Revision, Completed, etc. Accesing each campaign by clicking onto the name, will show you detailed information about it, you can change the destination URL, see data about the delivered visitors and more.

  • Question: My ads are displaying, but they’re not receiving many clicks.
    Answer: To improve your campaign's Click-Through rate, try changing your URL to one that may explain better what you are offering and does not distract the visitor from your Company. Check our "Building Your Ad" guide.

  • Question: Will FullTraffic keep me up to date about my campaigns?
    Answer: We will send you emails with relevant updates about the progress of your campaigns. For instance, you'll know that a campaign purchase went through when you receive an email confirming your order. We will also let you know once your campaigns are fully delivered or about any problem the destination URL may experience.
